Join us on a walk in the bush with 3 Cheetahs!

I have always been a big fan of Cheetahs and I am always drawing and painting them. The chance to walk in the wild with these magnificent animals should not be missed. This trip was about 45 minutes drive from Tandala lodge and was incredible value for money! A once in a lifetime ambition realised at last-however as it's only 45 minutes away I will be doing it again! Truly awesome!

Join us on a camping and off road driving trip through the dry Klein Letaba river bed in Limpopo province. I had only ever driven serious off road in the Falkland islands before but this was so different, really hot challenging driving with all of us working together to get 4 vehicles and 14 people there and back safety! A big thanks goes out to Charles and Machel Francis for inviting us on what was a fabulous adventure!

We get many different wildlife species in our garden-everything from Praying Mantis and Stick Insects, at least 20 species of birds including Hoopoe, Woodland and Brown Hooded Kingfishers, Fire and Lavender Fnches, Paradise Flycatchers many species of lizards and skinks, Baboon spiders, Mopani worms and Mopani moths, bats, Grass rats and mice, Baboons and, the locals reckon they have lost small dogs at night to a leopard who creeps out of the Kruger Park at  night......

Join us on a trip to visit HESC (the Hoedspruit Endangered Species Centre) where we had a great afternoon learning about all the great work this centre does in rescuing and rehabilitating cheetahs and wild dogs.  Get close up in open vehicles to the animals and take good close ups of the Cheetahs and wild dogs-a really enjoyable day out!

Check out some of the birds, animals and reptiles you might see on a one night 2 day tour through the central part of Kruger National Park. Game viewing is very unpredictable and there are no guarantees on what you might see-it varies every time.-but thats part of the fun and the adventure-you never know whats going to be around the next bend in the road or hiding behind the next bush!
